Proactive and Perfected
While CMI strives for total perfection in every contract, we realize that "to err is human." To lessen the opportunity for errors, we establish personnel training programs and other proactive prevention programs. We also require periodic inspections and evaluations of all contract activities. CMI addresses defects with the philosophy that any deficiencies in performance, however slight, must be corrected immediately, with 100 percent accuracy and satisfaction.
