CMI is dedicated to building the nation’s workforce by helping young adults prepare for and acquire successful careers. We are part of a team that is actively engaged in training and preparing young individuals to meet the needs of future employers, industry trends, and labor market demands. CMI also supports Job Corps post-graduation career placement efforts. We actively recruit and hire Job Corps graduates onto some of our contracts. CMI has worked closely with the Job Corps in these efforts, holding job fairs at two Job Corps Centers.
