CMI Implements Employee Reward, Recognition & Incentive Program

CMI Management, Inc. (CMI) recently implemented an Employee Reward, Recognition & Incentive Program. The program is designed to reward, recognize and provide incentives to employees based upon their performance. One component of the program provides a system for employees to earn points redeemable for their choice of products. The second component of the program provides for ancillary forms of recognition and reward directly from CMI.
The points-based program allows employees to earn points that can be redeemed online for gifts or with human resources for money. These points can be carried over from quarter to quarter and year to year to enable employees to “save & earn” enough points to achieve higher level awards or redeem them for cash awards. Points can be granted for on-the-spot awards, client recognition (individual and group), attendance, and special recognition from the Project Management Office.
