Department of Homeland Security, Small Business Administration Approve CMI Management, Inc. Mentor/Protégé Agreement

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) recently approved CMI Management, Inc.'s (CMI) agreement to formally mentor two small companies, Prime Time Records and Management Services, LLC (PTRMS, LLC) and CMI/Softek, LLC (CMI/Softek). PTRMS, LLC is a small, minority- and veteran-owned, service-disabled, HUBZone business located in Houston, Texas. Barry Primes, CEO/Owner, is a certified ISO 9001:2000 Quality Auditor and a former USCIS Records and Quality Manager.

CMI/Softek is a joint venture between EnSoftek, Inc., an enterprise software solutions and IT services company located in Beaverton, Oregon, and CMI. EnSoftek, founded by President and CEO Ramana Reddy, is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and is a participant in the SBA's 8(a) business development program. CMI/Softek provides a wide array of IT services, custom software development, records and information management, information technology management, facilities management, management consulting, back-office solutions and IT staff augmentation services.
