David Smith, Esq., Joins CMI Management, Inc. as Contracts Manager/Legal Counsel

CMI Management, Inc. (CMI) announced that David Smith has joined the management team as Contracts Manager/Legal Counsel. He brings over 30 years of legal expertise to CMI. Prior to joining CMI, Mr. Smith was in private practice for several years, representing government and commercial contractors and not-for-profit organizations. He is experienced in all aspects of government contracting, as well as commercial contract management, intellectual property rights, trademark, alternative dispute resolution, employment and litigation.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Illinois. He received a J.D. degree from DePaul University and B.A. degree in Political Science from Central State University, Ohio. Mr. Smith, an Ohio native, currently resides Fairfax, Virginia.
