Ermias Berhane Joins CMI's Project Management Office

Ermias Berhane has joined CMI Management, Inc.'s Project Management Office as a Management Analyst. Mr. Berhane brings over eight years of experience to CMI. As a Management Analyst he is responsible for organizing highly complex activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control projects and plans. CMI Partners with Akridge to Manage SEIU Headquarters

CMI Management, Inc. (CMI) has been selected to partner with The John Akridge Management Company (Akridge) to provide facilities management services to the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Headquarters building in Washington, D.C. The five-year contract will allow CMI to provide facilities management services required for the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, structures, utility and sewage systems, and other related maintenance for the 194,000 sq. ft. building. more >>

CMI Management, Inc. (CMI) has been selected as a subcontractor to Applied Technology Systems, Inc. (ATSI) to provide support services to the U.S. Department of Labor's Jacksonville Job Corps Center. The Center, a co-ed residential facility with an enrollment capacity of 350 students, provides academic and vocational training to students ages 16-24.
